Service. MapleKey provides unmanaged virtual private servers. You administer your own server; we keep the underlying infrastructure running.

Acceptable use. No unlawful content or activity, no spam or unsolicited bulk email, no attacks on other systems, no cryptocurrency mining without prior written arrangement, no content that exploits or harms minors. We may suspend servers that violate these terms or that materially degrade service for other customers.

Billing. Plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars via Stripe. Service continues while payments are current. Servers on lapsed accounts may be suspended after 7 days and deleted after 30 days, including all data.

Your data. Your server contents are yours. We access customer servers only to operate the platform, at your request, or as required by Canadian law.

Backups. Snapshots and the backup add-on are provided on a best-effort basis. You remain responsible for keeping copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Availability. We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when practical.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the month the issue occurred.

Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced with reasonable notice.
