What we collect. Your account details (username, email), order and payment records, and operational data about your servers (status, resource usage, IP assignments). Payment card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.

Where it lives. All customer data and all server contents are stored and processed in Canada, in line with PIPEDA. Payment processing by Stripe may involve infrastructure outside Canada.

What we do with it. Operate the service, bill you, and respond to your support requests. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Ever.

Your server's contents. What you store and run on your Maple Key is your business. We do not inspect server contents except at your request (e.g., a support case) or as required by Canadian law.

Retention. Account and billing records are kept as long as your account exists plus what tax law requires. Deleted servers and their backups are purged within 30 days.
